Pain is Maintain below stomach area
Pain is under stomach area and we have done ultrasound but it found normal. Pain is not off and it comes more frequent in night. We give drotin -m for pain. And motion also not comes regular too. Please guide

As the ultrasound is normal. And you also have constipation , i would suggest you to have adequate water intake and Syp.Lactulose 2 tsp at night after meal.
Along with this please do not strain while passing motion as it may further lead to complications like fissures and piles.
