Numbness at the C-section scar for a few months is common as the cut nerves regenerate slowly. Sudden sharp pain at the scar 4 months after surgery is worth evaluating, since a few different causes look similar from outside and each is managed differently.
Next Steps
Please book an obstetrician or gynaecologist consultation. A physical examination will help identify the cause. Depending on findings, the doctor will guide the next steps.
Health Tips
If you develop swelling, redness, discharge, or fever near the scar, please seek urgent care.

4 months after the cesarean the stitches should have completely healed Numbness is because the nerve  fibres are cut during surgery The numbness may take a long time to recover But the pain should not be there Meet a doctor in person for examination or get an ultrasound done
