I am feeling tiredness in right wrist and fingers like sometimes feel difficult to type something and use that hand to do usual activities please suggest what is the issues??

There are many exercises for strengthening of wrist join and its muscles like Range of motion, Prayer, Prayer stretch with steeple, Ball squeeze, Rubber band strengthener.
I would like to sugeest for an xray of wrist joint to know actual what happened to joint which causing trouble to fingers aa well, may be there is compression of nerve which causes loosing the grip and making fingers pain.
Can put your hand in warm water untill wirst and can make mivements of fingers to loosen the tightness.
Hand exerciser will be helpfull for betterment of grip and loosening of finger joints.
