Twisted my left wrist
In the month of feb I twisted my left wrist while wearing my shoulder bag in a bus. Since then I did everything - took a xray, visited orthopedic, soaked my hand in hot water and recently have started to soak in cold water. But still suffering from wrist pain. It pains only when I bend my twist up or down or lift anything. I am not able to bend my wrist like I do with my other normal hand. My orthopedic said I have a knot in blood vessel which will take three months to recover and there is no fracture. After taking those medicine, I got acidity reflex and gas so I stopped taking those medicines after 12 days. Should I visit a physiotherapist? can you recommend me a good physiotherapist in near dahisar, Mumbai? Should I try soaking my hand in hot and cold water simultaneously? Should I visit orthopedic again or physiotherapist?

Hi Yes if pain is persistent then visit sports medicine doctor or physiotherapist or orthopedic. Should get evaluated clinically and if indicated can go for MRI scan, for possible intercarpal ligament, tfcc, DRUJ injury or other  posttraumatic soft tissue or bony changes o. Hot and cold therapy called contract bath is helpful in chronic cases though. Thorough clinical examination supported by radiological scans and physical therapy of deficits in case of normal study is the key for complete resolution of your injury.
Next Steps
visit experienced specialist for evaluation,  don't go for random things.

Wrist sprain in a very common injury in sports but perhaps you sprained is whilst using a bag could be likely due to weak ligaments and tendons around the wrist. The sudden twisting turning movements can stretch the ligaments that connect the wrist and hand bones a little too far. The result is tiny tears or a break to the ligament. Its nothing to worry as intact ligaments can heel over the time but if you are getting repetitive problems in future you need to see a sports physiotherapist as you may have joint hypermobility / joint hypermobility syndrome which is very common in flexible people.
Next Steps
Try Ice packs and some isometric exercises to get on.

Visiting orthopedic is not required for now. You can do hot and cold simultaneously which will create a pumping action on the vessels.
Next Steps
start with thumb mobility exercise while keeping your thumb dipped inside warm water. don't ever do any exercise otherwise your pain will increase.

Your pain could be due to ligament sprain in the wrist. You should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment. If it is a ligament sprain you should take ultrasound therapy in physiotherapy followed by strengthening exercises.
