Fingers mobility due to wrist fracture
I am recovering from a wrist fracture suffered last month. Doctor had advised to keep moving fingers but due to pain i couldn't do much finger exercise. Now my whole Palm and all fingers are paining for any movement. Doc has advised to keep movement of fingers and use hot press to relieve pain. How can I quickly regain mobility of fingers with minimum pain ?
