I feel pain in my wisdom tooth on and off. I think it's the top skin that troubles and swells also.
I don't want to go for an extraction. Any suggestions?

Hello,
You have food lodging problem in your wisdom tooth that causes the swelling and pain.
As a precaution you need to brush before bed. I would also suggest opetculum in this case but can only confirm after examination.
