Gum and tooth pain are two separate problems and sometimes might be inter related. So you need to get proper diagnosis done so that it can be ruled out as to where the exact problem lies. always remember, prevention is better than cure. So kindly visit a dentist. Pain while brushing indicates gum issues while chewing indicates that it is tooth related. So get it properly diagnosed.
