Pain in upper molar part and nasal pain
I am having serious upper molar teeth, pain is also in left side of the face. Nasal pain too. Pain under eyes, i mean in cheek part too. In short whole left part of my face is having the pain. Having sever cold, fever. Coughing is also serious.
At first i had common cold with sever coughing followed by a fever. Took few paracetamol, fever is gone

You are probably Having a sinusitis. Take proper regime for sinusitis. Visit an ent or a dentist. Then if you still have a persistent pain in the tooth then you can have the necessary treatment done for the tooth.
