Pain in upper joint of shoulders
I have cousin uncle whose age is 52years old and is suffering from shoulders pain even sometimes chest also pains and he is sugar patients,plz suggest what to do next.it's duration of pain about 8months and he take general medicine for pain but day by day his pain area is increasing.Please suggest the appropriate medicine or further treatment for it.
