Pain can be due to infection at apex of tooth.
Take medicines:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel thrice daily for 5days
Warm saline rinses between meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625 mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water
hey hi
there must be some infection developing in the affected tooth so u will need to start with a course of antibiotics
tab cefexime 200 mg twice a day after food
tab flagyl 400 mg thrice a day after food
tab ketrol DT thrice a day after food
Next Steps
u should visit a nearby dentist for a re root canal treatment
For now take tab hifenac p after meals as per pain.
Avoid chewing on the affected side.
Strictly avoid hard food items.
Next Steps
xray of the tooth will have to be taken to rule out the reason for pain.

Pain could be either because the tooth under your cap has not undergone root canal treatment or reinfection in case you have undergone root canal treatment. As of now avoid eating anything from the affected side. Apply ice pack from outside the mouth. And take
1. TAB. AUGMENTIN 625MG (morning-night)×3days after meals
2. TAB. ENZOFLAM (MORNING-AFTERNOON-NIGHT)×3DAYS after meals
