Pain in Thighs.
There is severe pain regularly in thigh. It's from 8 to 10 years. Now a days it's severity has been increased.

Greetings,  sorry about the pain. Your pain is more related to flexibility issue at hip. Your thigh muscle and fascia have become stiff and not working at full length.  As home remedy give ice thrice a day until there is some relief.
Next Steps
in meantime see a physio and get yourself trigger point therapy and massage to relax the thigh muscle which has become stiff. your physio will guide you to do stretching and strength program and allow yourself to take at least 2 to 3 weeks to see best results.

X-ray must. Physiotherapy treatment will help and cure your issue. Avoid all exercise till relief
