Pain in thigh
Heavy pain in right thigh since last 1yr. No feeling any pblm in walking but feeling heavy pain while standing for long time.Two three veins are visible on thigh and she feel the pain on same

Since this is a long term issue and because of the veins popping as well seems like you may have varicose veins.The constant standing has to be avoided because it causes venous pooling. please wear stockings,reduce weight and avoid prolonged standing. consult a Physio and do beurgers exercises.

Hi,  Avoid long standing and walking. Try to visit to nearest physiotherapy center and take proper consultation and treatment from doctor. Need to assess is it muscle tightness or varicose veins. So for better result proper diagnosis to be done. Don't worry try to do normal leg exercises. Need rest.
