Pain in the left tonsil and ear
I have pain in the left tonsil and left ear. There is no external swelling. Just an irritating pain. The right side is fine with no pain. There is no pain while swelling food. It's just an irritating pain. It's been a week now. I have attached the pictures for reference. Is it something serious like cancer? Please advise.

Hello miss/ mam.... it looks like either referred otalgia or tonsillitis with Inflammation of ear or acid reflux or other causes of referred otalgia... since the duration and by ur age it doesnt give us a suspicion of cancer but examination is needed to help you further
