Hello Doctor I am experiencing pain in the left knee joint after doing jogging and high intensity aerobics for 15days my weight is 86.5kg height 5.11 I take met xl 12.5 daily one tab for high BP. Pl prescribe me medicine for the same

You can take medications for pain relief but that would be effective temporary and once you start with the high intensity workout, the pain will again reappear. So a better strategy to deal with the pain would be to respect the knee joint by giving it adequate rest so that whatever the damage and inflamation has happened, it gets calmed down and there is pain relief. You can always start with LOW IMPACT EXERCISES, till that time, videos of which are available on youtube.
