Pain in the gums
The gums on the inside of the mouth especially the back ones (gums of molar and pre molar) are paining very badly. I am not able chew anything. The moment I chew I fell like I am trying to eat pointed stones. Any help will be appreciated.

Need to consult a dentist immediately, you can rinse with warm saline and take an analgesic for the pain
