It is indicative of fracture extending till the nerve supply of the tooth and to understand better the extent of fracture, a radiograph is required to make proper decision making about your further treatment. If fracture of tooth is in vertical direction of tooth from crown to root then to save the tooth is questionable, but if it is horizontal direction where in it can be restored with prosthetic crown with root canal then it can be saved.
Next Steps
please visit a dentist who needs to review your radiograph of the fractured tooth
Health Tips
avoid eating from the fractured side.  go back to dentist asap
