Pain in stomach and gastric issues
Hi,
I have been experiencing lot of gastric issues and stomach pain since long might be from around 4 months now. Have consulted lot of doctors but non of there prescription have worked for a longer time. Please suggest some good medicine or any way to get rid of it.
And also, I have been gone through all the body tests, everything is normal, I have been diagnosed with kidney stones but those are non obstructive.

Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Avoid alcohol.
Avoid tobacco.
Avoide over eating.
Avoid tea and coffee.
Avoid carbonated drinks.
Avoid outside food.
Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Add probiotics to your diet.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Go for jogging in morning and evening for 1 hour
Don't take stress.
Don't skip meals.
Only medicines won't help you need to fallow the above mentioned things also.

For gastric issues
Eat good food no oil ,spicy ,hot liquids ,alcohol
Take soft diet milk ,curd,cucumber,banana like foods
For proper evaluation u need to consult properly
