Pain in spine in lower neck
Whenever I bend my neck it generally hurts after long but now it hurts in tge spine in lower neck and left side on the shoulder and whichever i move my neck it hurts generally when i tilt it on the right snd it is very much restricted to that portion.tried neck exercises like rotating and stretching it other way but nothing happened and painkillers along pain relief spray.
