Pain in Shoulder
Feeling Pain in right shoulder after playing badminton for few days. But sometimes I also feel pain in my left shoulder. Gone through seven US physiotherapy but no improvement. Please suggest.

Treatment with diagnosis is exactly like shooting in the dark. Chances are you are going to miss, most of the time. Consult an orthopedist and get the necessary imaging done. Shoulder is a complex joint, what you are experiencing can happen due to a lot of reasons and variety of conditions.

In the meantime you can apply ice for 15 mins. Followed by hot waterbag application for 15 mins. Treatment area should also include the scapulae. Also give rest to your shoulder.

You got impingement. You might benefit from subacromial injection. Consult shoulder surgeon. Opinion given by Dr. Sivaraman Shoulder surgeon , Chennai

Needs a detailed history and examination before advising any treatment or physiotherapy. For the time being u can try hot water fomentation, shoulder room exercises and analgesics
