Consult your dentist. Get an xray done.
Next Steps
If pain due to food lodgement than it needs refilling or if there is reinfection beneath your previous filling you need root canal treatment and cap over it depending on your xray and clinical examination
Health Tips
Do not ignore the pain and visit as soon as possible as medicines won't help much

A permanent filling in the tooth does not ensure that Cavitation cannot occur again. It seems that your tooth is affected by Re Cavitation and the damage is deeper this time involving the nerves and causing the symptoms. Going by the description it seems that your tooth is affected by Irreversible pulpitis and will require root canal treatment of the same so that permanent relief of symptoms can be achieved and the extraction of the tooth can be avoided. Regards.
Next Steps
schedule a visit to the dentist as soon as possible.
