Dear sir Last 2to 3 month pain in my right side of neck to right side of hand. Plsss suggest any treatment. Otherwise no any issues.

This type of pain may be associated with age related degenerative changes in cervical spine condition called Cervical spondylosis and / or muscle spasm in lower neck muscles..
Next Steps
You should start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally,  start physiotherapy. Get one X ray of Cervical Spine if pain is not relieved..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid jerky movements of neck..
