According to ur report u have rt enlarged testis, which is probably due to some 7*6 mm lesion which seems to have been causing some kind of obstruction.but the color Doppler is normal and showing good flow which is a relief...it's better to start a course of antibiotics and some other required medication.hopefully it will resolve , but if it doesn't then see a surgeon to have a look at it... nothing to worry as such..

When does pain gets worse ?
