Pain in right leg
I have constant pain in right leg and foot ankle now since one month. I applied moov also but no effect. Is this something serious. What should I do. I have also started eating 60000IU vitamin d once in week

Is pain constant throughout the day? Is there any  swelling ? does it pain more while walking ?any tingling/ numbness /burning sensation.?History of any injury ?pain in the back? Answers to these questions are required to be able  to advise you. Vit D supplements probably won't help you in your case.

Yes if it is one leg and you are smoker, things may be serious..you can have DVT, buerger's disease or anything.. please consult with doctor for proper management..
