I am a pcos patient and obese. Sometimes I experience pinning sensation in my pubic area and abdomen which lasts for few seconds and I have irregular menstrual cycle . sometimes bleeding comes and stops and then again starts.so is it some sort of cancer or what ?? Is it cancer

Relax. Don't think of cancer at this age,with those symptoms. It may be simple urinary infection. Get urine microscopy done.

You are very young dear . To diagnose PCOD it must be post 8 years of first periods . I am sure you are only 15 and not had your periods for past 8 years.
