Pain in pubic area and bleeding
I am a pcos patient and obese. Sometimes I experience pinning sensation in my pubic area and abdomen which lasts for few seconds and I have irregular menstrual cycle . sometimes bleeding comes and stops and then again starts.so is it some sort of cancer or what ?? Is it cancer

Relax. Don't think of cancer at this age,with those symptoms. It may be simple urinary infection. Get urine microscopy done. Coming to irregular periods weight reduction helps a lot in correcting hormonal imbalance and helps to get regular periods.

You are very young dear . To diagnose PCOD it must be post 8 years of first periods . I am sure you are only 15 and not had your periods for past 8 years.

In pcos periods become irregular. It is treatable by life style modification. Do physical activity and diet rich in fiber.pinning sensation due to urine infection . Check urine microscopy. Take plenty of water and maintain hygiene
