Bleeding after scratch in pubic area

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hi I scratched my vagina and thats why if was bleeding whenever i had to go to washroom. On third day its fine no bleeding and a bit of pain only when i have to go to washroom do i still have to visit a gynic ?
