Pain in neck which radiates to arm
I have pain in my neck and this pain radiates to arms. Whenever I tilt my neck it hurts a lot. Also pain in upper spine whenever i move my neck down. Sometimes feels giddy. Pain in upper heel in both legs

Yes can be simple cervical spondylitis which needs symptomatic treatment. If not better needs MRI scan to rule out nerve pressure symptoms

Could be cervical disc problem Need to excamine and do appropriate investigation
