Pain in neck
I have pain in neck from last 2 month not regularly but within 2 to 3 days pain start.plz suggest me better

Neck pain can happen due to several causes. However at your age it is often due to poor ergonomics and disc degeneration. This in common terms would mean early stages of spondylosis. I suggest you to do icing (cold pack) every 2 hours on the painful area. Support your neck while sleeping / sitting. Use soft cervical pillow.

Please do free movement of your neck in all direction- 10 times- thrice daily, correct your posture in sitting, sleeping.
