Pain in neck and shoulder

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I'm having pain in neck, shoulder and spine I feel stiffness in neck and shoulder also spine I have used medicine for thus but no help I also have headaches very frequently I feel very lazy and less alert not able to sleep or concentrate properly due to this pain please suggest medicine,diet and exercises .
