Pain in lower side of heels and around i
There is pain in both heels(lower sides and around it).this pain gets severe after end of the day and pain also starts in knee. Vit b12 ,D OH,Rh factor, and x-rays all are good. But still pain is there .I have taken injection in the heel previous year and now iam taking tendomac and ultracet from past 45 days.

You might b wearing wrong foot wears.also get your foot evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon.You can use hot packs to bring the pain down.
