I am having pain in lower back. It happens regularly and come in iterval say 6 to 7months.
It last for 4-5 days and then come again after 5 to 7 months.
I also feel pain in lower back in morning of i sleep more then 6 to 7 hour.
Please suggest me what should i do and whom to consult.

I suspect you have all muscles in the lower back and abdomen. You need to do core body stretching and strengthening exercises. This will reduce the strain on your back. If the pain lasts for a longer time or if it radiates to the lower legs, or if you develop numbness or weakness then you need to urgently consult an ortho surgeon.
