It has now been 5 months since this issue started with me. I had don heavy leg workout and a pain started to develop in left sided lower abdomen stretching to left testicle and inner left thigh. Went to the doctor started treatment for epididymitis and uti also stopped any activities. The pain now has gotten better as barely even feel it normally. But the problem is whenever i exert pressure on my abdominal area like seating for too long the pain creeps in. I love exercising but this has stopped me from doing it as almost all exercises involve core and whenever i exert force there i am left in sensation of pain for whole day later which relieves after rest. This problem has been hindering my lifestyle and i don't know what the issue is. There is no swelling in testicle, no signs of uti just the pain whenever i try to exercise. Had gotten the mri pelvis done too which came back with no
abnormality explaining this issue.
