  4. Pain in lifting in arm. Its come back!

I had a problem when i raise the arm from the side can suggest any medicine i have supraspinatus and fluid in bursa 3 yrs ago i think its come back

Ok it looks you have a sst tear.  Right now you need to take medications only after consulting a doctor.
