Pain in legs and back
There is a lot of pain in both legs and back when she walks a bit, stands for a while or sit for long. In general also, there is pain now when she is relaxing. What should be best thing to be done? Please let me know so that I can go for booking appointments.

I think you have lumbar spondylosis with disc prolapse. Initially it requires medical management with mild analgesics, avoid bending and weight lifting, avoid in western commouds, take adequate bed rest, lumbar belt. If there is no decrease in pain even after 3weeks need to get MRI done to look for the issue.
