Take tab shelcal m one morning and one evening for 30 days.
Avoid sitting with legs folded.

Based on your history it can either be due to nerves compression and pain is getting worse on sitting. Get CT lower spine to 1st rule out that if pain is unbearable.
After CT scan go to physiotherapy, avoid heavy pain medications for long duration
Also I need to ask if there is associated tingling sensation? If yes. There can be another diagnosis of sciatica.
