Hello,
From your description, you are experiencing:
• Lower back pain radiating to the thighs on both sides, worsening on bending.
• Changes in bowel habits, with constipation and reduced stool quantity.
• Some gas, but no loss of appetite.
• Normal urine and kidney ultrasound.
A few points to consider:
1. Musculoskeletal causes: Persistent back pain radiating to the thighs can sometimes be due to issues with your spine, such as lumbar disc problems, muscle strain, or nerve compression.
2. Bowel changes: Constipation and changes in stool may sometimes be related to diet, hydration, stress, or less commonly, a structural problem in the colon or rectum.
3. Red flags: Although you do not have weight loss or appetite loss, worsening constipation, pain not improving, numbness, or weakness in the legs would require prompt evaluation
