I have not gone out or have done a great deal of physical exercise for more than a year now due to covid and the pain started after 2-3 months of lockdown. Maybe due to inactiveness.
The pain is immense when i run or jump in mostly all parts of my leg to the bottom of my feet. I sometimes have to walk on my toes so that my feet doesn't hurt.
What should i do now? Pls help.
Thanks.
