Pain in leg, feet.
I have not gone out or have done a great deal of physical exercise for more than a year now due to covid and the pain started after 2-3 months of lockdown. Maybe due to inactiveness. The pain is immense when i run or jump in mostly all parts of my leg to the bottom of my feet. I sometimes have to walk on my toes so that my feet doesn't hurt. What should i do now? Pls help. Thanks.

Take food rich in vaitamins and calcium, warm up before starting any exercises. check for your calcium level. Do early morning exercises and make it a routine even if you stay at home or go to work. due to poor posture and poor diet this happens. No need to worry, just warm up every day and take good food always.

If you are 12 years old, it could be Sever's disease. Which is growing pain. As outlined above a good set of gentle lower limb stretching would help. Icing for pain for 15 mins with towel wrapping 3 times for a week will help.
