Pain in legs
My mother has been experiencing pain in her legs for a very long time, she is constantly under pain. The pain is mostly focussed around her feet and muscles around it. She feels pain in every day to day activity. She has taken medication before but nothing helps much. Please advice suitable treatment.

Bones are going for osteoporotic along with indicated degeneration in her lumbar spine, start with analgesics along with b12 suppliments and weakly once vitamin D3 suppliments for 8 weeks and calcium daily basis would help, it would take 6 to 8 weeks to recover completely along with physiotherapy  for 10 to 15 days.
