From the information you have proviced it seems you might be suffering from cervical spondylitis, that seems to be reason for your head ache also.
Also at you age, the thinnig of bones starts, to prevent this you must increase intake of calcium.
I suggest you get a X ray of your CS spine, and blood test for Vit D3 levels.
Once these reports are ready please let me know the results, I would be able to guide you further.
