Pain in left wrist
I had hairline fracture on my left wrist on Dec 2016. Injury was on a join between wrist and thumb. I have recovered from injury by 90% but there is still pain when I twist my left wrist upwards on downwards to the extreme and apply pressure to it. I am not sure what should I do about it. Kindly help.

This is because of the muscle tightness leading to stiffness and lack of co-ordination with the time. It affects your gripping and pressing activities specially .
Next Steps
You should consult a physiotherapist.. Wax therapy +some stretching and strenthening exercises +some gripping and precision exercises for hand will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Do all type of activities up to the painless limit+frequent thumb movements +no cold exposure +don't hang your hand.
