My son is complaining pain in left testicle when touched. I want to know should I visit a pediatrician or orologist. There is no swelling and visible signs.

Pain or swelling in testicles is an emergecy situation Need to be examined by pediatricianimmediately to rule out torsion meaning twisting of testicular bood supply or any infection If minor issues also better you see pediatrician he will examine and decide wat to do next
