My 10 year old son has some pain in his left testicle but no swelling....he did say that when he touched it he felt some discomfort in his lower abdominal area but that has subsided

In children testicular pain can have many causes. Usually trauma is common cause, ureteric stone or infection or torsion are others. Show to a pediatrician or an urologist for correct diagnosis.
