Hello, Recently observed that my son seems to have single Testicle, atleast left side seems empty. What tests should I get my child tested for?

Normally testis descends from abdominal region into the scrotal sac.Sometimes testis may not descend and end up lying higher than its usual location.

Next Steps

Visit your pediatrician for a consult and might need to do Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.
