Pain in left leg radiating to the foot.
I am suffering from pivd l4-l5, l5-S1 prolapse with sciatica neural compression since Jan 2013. Now I have reduced sensation on the left foot. Should I opt for surgery? What are my chances of success of this surgery?

Pls send your recent MRI picture ..Also we need to examine you in person for any neurological deficit...we have to consider all these things before opting for surgery
