Wisdom teeth are the last teeth to break through the gums. They may emerge at an awkward angle, or there may not be enough room for them. Wisdom teeth can take up to three - four months to fully emerge from your gum line. But not all wisdom teeth come in at once, so you may experience some of these symptoms on and off in varying degrees for some time. Though not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, it is recommended that young adults have their wisdom teeth X-rayed and monitored. When wisdom teeth become impacted, they need to be removed to provide long-term relief.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
Health Tips
Maintain good oral hygiene. Do salt-water rinses. Applying an ice pack to the jaw can help relieve pain.

Good afternoon mam, I have gone through your description. No need to worry Wisdom tooth is erupting between age of 17 to 25 years. It causes pain when it trying to get erupt. If lack of space doesn't allow your wisdom teeth to break all the way through your gums, it can cause a flap of tissue to remain over the tooth. This flap can lead to pain and swelling in the gum tissue. Sometimes you feel radiating pain in your ear neck and head. For pain relief do warm salt water gargles. Do good brushing over that area where gum is swelled. Dont get any food accumulate over that area. You may have feel pain and bleeding while brushing tbat area it is quite normal. Keep that area completely clean. For pain relief you can take Capsule Mox 500Mg 3times a day for 3 days. Tablet Brufen 400Mg 3times a day for 3days. Avoid medicines if you have allergy from penicillin and ibuprofen.

It could be due to erupting wisdom tooth. Attach some photographs for more clearity. X ray is required to know the cause of problem. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. If their is swelling, you can apply ice pack from outside of mouth. You can take pain killer but remember that they can give you temporary relief only. It's better to visit clinic or video consult
