  4. Pain in left hand wrist. Please suggest?

Pain in left hand wrist
Hi I have alot of pain in my wrist due to which I find difficult to lift my toddler who is 7 months old, I can't twist or move my wrist much due to severe pain,some times it becomes stiff which affect my thumb as well, please suggest?
