Pain in left hand
Hi, I have pain starting at a point around the left shoulder blade, which radiates to my left hand till fingers . Also my left leg jerk sometimes while walking

Don't look for temporary results, always try to find the root cause. Due to wrong working pattern or posture, one side excessive stress results in to muscular imbalance and postural abnormalities and fron here problems starts. Go to the Physiotherapist they will guide you for your posture and also how to work efficiently to avoid future musculoskeletal problems.

It can be due to various reasons- wrong posture, overuse of muscles or tight muscles and due to repitive use this is causing the pain. Give some rest, take proper physiotherapy, TNS machine, some exercises and it should be fine.

It's Cervical Spondylitis because of  wrongful postural habbits or your working style.
