Pain in left abdominal

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My wife is getting pain in left side of the abdominal. Stomach is swollen and she feels like gas problem. Pain is coming suddenly and goes after few minutes and this keeps on repeating. Pls suggest.

Left sided abdominal pain can be due to gastritis, left sided colitis ( infection of colon) or may be a muscular pain. If it's in loin or slightly lower back then it may be due to left kidney stone.
