Pain in knee
On left knee I have some inside pain from the outer side it's nothing when i do stretch or bend my knee I feel pain alot.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a  pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Hey hi !!!! I know knee pains can be quiet disabling. Let me know about the following : 1. Any history of trauma or twist ? 2. Do you sit for long hours ? 3. Do you use indian toilets ? 4. Do u squat much ? 5. Are you involved in sports ?
