I am 23 years old I have problem in my left knee ......pain increase with distance ..If i walk or run 700 to 1000 mtr daily no problem but if distance is increased than feel like muscles are strached in knee .....And feel more difficult on stairs after this problem happens and if i rest for 4 5 days feel like i have no problem at all...

Kindly Visit a Sports Physiotherapist and get your walking mechanics analysed.Muscle imbalance can be a cause of the pain and the stretch which you experience.Corrective Strengthening and stretching exercises suggested by the physio will definitely help you.Take care

In my opinion u need to go for few blood test like calciumvitamin dvitamin b12 as if ur body is deficient in these components then u face problem like these till then no strain outs activities.. if dere is deficiency then u need to take supplement medications for this... take care get well soon

Avoid Squatting-
Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
