Pain in joint between foot and leg
Last year I had a sprain in my right leg. Doctor told that I have a hairline crack. Suggest cream and bandage. Now that pains when I walk extra distance. Also I have bunion in that leg. Please advise.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. If you had a hairline crack and the pain has returned now, it maybe a stress fracture. Such fractures are caused when the person walks/runs/jogs/marches regularly. All it needs is proper rest for a few weeks and some medications if necessary.
Next Steps
It is important to confirm whether you have a stress fracture or not. For that confirmation, please share your previous and latest Xrays and get yourself personally examined because stress fracture may not be seen on Xrays too.

This can be because of your bunion and abnormal walking position please take an x ray to confirm the condition
